ENCOUNTERS PROJECTThis series of portraits was shot for a project in collaboration with dance artist Jasmiina Sipilä. Over the summer 2007, Jasmiinä and I met various people living in London, from different background and origins: Jasmiinä talked to them before inviting them to physically explore with her the space we were in; I photographed these ephemeral encounters. This project resulted in a performance at The Place.
